Yes. AltomateHR supports foreign workers paid on a daily or hourly basis. The system automatically calculates their pay from actual clock-in and clock-out hours, then posts the labour cost to the correct project tracking category in Xero.
How does leave entitlement work?
Leave is checked against the entitlement an employee will have on the leave start date — not the date they apply. This encourages staff to plan and apply early, while still respecting accrued entitlement at the time the leave is actually taken.
