Do we need to throw away our existing HRMS?

No. HRGenie is a conversational layer that sits on top of whatever you already use. We connect via API to your existing attendance, claims, leave, and payroll systems. If you have nothing in place, we build the backend with Claude and bundle it with the agent.

Is this PDPA-compliant for Malaysian companies?

Yes. All employee data stays in Malaysian or Singapore data centres. We sign a DPA, support data residency requirements, and provide audit logs of every interaction. HRGenie only accesses data the specific employee is authorised to see.

How does the AI handle Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin?

HRGenie is built on Claude, which handles English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin natively — including code-switching mid-sentence (which is normal in Malaysian conversation). Voice transcription supports all three plus most Chinese dialects spoken locally.

What if HRGenie makes a mistake on payroll or claims?

The LLM only handles the conversation. All eligibility checks, statutory calculations (EPF, SOCSO, PCB), and approval routing happen deterministically in the backend. HRGenie is the interface, not the calculator. Every action is logged with full audit trail.

How long does deployment take?

Typically 4–8 weeks for the Business plan, depending on the complexity of your existing systems. Starter customers can be live in 2 weeks. We handle the integration, data migration, and employee onboarding.

Can employees still use the regular HR app if they prefer?
